Course Description
Advanced concepts, theory and law of federal taxation as it applies to individual taxation will be covered. Topics include tax research, compliance, personal income tax formula, depreciation, passive activities, property transactions, alternative minimum tax, estates, trusts and ethical considerations in tax practice with an emphasis on practical applications.
