Course Description
(Same as AFRI 2112.). This course will explore the history of African American Education and the struggle to secure their dignityas human beings and rights as American citizens through educational attainment. Diverse viewpoints ofleading black intellectuals, the rule of law, emancipation, citizenship, and segregation will be examined.
