Course Description

This course explores strategies for locating relevant primary scientific literature using library resources and online databases. The course introduces the critical reading and evaluation of primary scientific literature. Proper paraphrasing techniques and citation style and rules are presented. Required for biology majors and minors. Recommended in the Spring term of the Sophomore year. Offered each Spring term.
