Course Description
Study of trees: taxonomy, morphology, anatomy, physiology, ecology, and human uses. Emphasizes species identification and nomenclature in the field (outdoors). The skills of tree identification are honed during weekly field and indoor exercises. Offered yearly. Cross-listed as ENVL 3417.
