Course Description
An advanced laboratory course in biochemical experimental techniques and instrumentation. Examples of projects include the isolation and purification of biomolecules and characterization of a metabolic pathway. Techniques include electrophoresis, colorimetric enzyme assays and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
