Course Description

Internships consist of faculty-guided, off-campus research experiences. A student wishing to initiate an internship at another institution should contact a Stockton chemistry faculty member for assistance in developing a detailed internship statement defining the scope, character, and objectives of the project. Students must fill out and sign a Special Project Request Form and the Special Project Position Description. Completed forms are submitted to the office of the School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics BEFORE students begin the off-campus internship. To satisfy the senior project requirement, the internship must have a significant research component and the student must give oral and written final reports.
