Course Description
Open to both COMM majors and non-COMM majors. This course explores the intersection of international communication and issues related to race and racism. It critically examines the role of communication in shaping and perpetuating racial dynamics on a global scale, considering historical contexts, contemporary challenges, and potential solutions. The course adopts an interdisciplinary approach, drawing from communication studies, cultural studies, sociology, and international relations.
