Course Description
This course will cover the fundamentals of trial advocacy in the criminal justice context and apply them in class settings, with professor feedback, culminating in a full mock trial presentation at the end of the semester. Emphasis is given to the Rules of Evidence with an eye on principles of constitutional rights as protected by court procedures.
