Course Description

Prerequisite: DANC 3101 with a grade of C or better and Permission of Instructor. Open only to Theatre, Music, and Dance majors and minors. A continuation from Modern Dance III, this course emphasizes the incorporation of the full range of movement potential within the modern dance idiom. Refinement of technique and artistic choices are demanded of the student in this course. Course work includes placing technique in historical and contemporary context. May be repeated seven times for credit.
