DEEP LEARNING
Course Description
An introduction to neural network architectures and their application to predictive modeling, classification, and feature extraction. Students will have the opportunity to use established libraries that implement feedforward networks for classification, convolutional neural networks for image analysis, and transformer models for natural language processing, with emphasis on effectively employing existing architectures and tools to solve practical problems through analysis of authentic datasets. Interested students in programs other than DSSA should contact the instructor for permission to register.
