Course Description
This course will address physiological systems as they relate to physical activity, including muscle, metabolism, cardiovascular and respiratory. Students will be able to discriminate between the acute response to exercise and the chronic effects of exercise training. The primary factors influencing fuel and water utilization during exercise will be covered.
