Course Description
A broad introduction to movement through visual experiences (such as films, videotapes, slides, and live performances), discussions, and movement experiences (such as technique, improvisation, and basic composition). This multi-faceted approach will enable each student to perceive and learn about dance and its significance in a manner that is creative, educational, and personally satisfying.
