SUCCESSFUL LEARNING STRATEGIES

Course Description

(Formerly "Study Skills".) This course is designed to provide practical instruction for academic success. Students will learn methods for studying and learning to build knowledge, not how to memorize. Topics include goal setting, time management, memory, vocabulary building, reading and thinking skills, note taking, and test preparation.
