Course Description
Examination of Title IX & 1994 Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act and the programmatic, economic, and legal ramifications impact they have had on education over the past 35 years. Course will include class participation, case studies, readings, presentations, debates, panel discussions, and two examinations.
