Course Description
This course focuses on essential leadership principles for community engagement to manage public and nonprofit organizations. The objective of this course is based on developing an understanding of the integrative, interdependent nature of non-profit organizations to manage their own internal operations to impact performance outcomes driven by various stakeholders.
