Course Description
Plate tectonic theory is the framework around which all of modern geology is based. This course will investigate in detail the diverse nature of plate boundaries, the mechanisms driving tectonics, and the evolution of modern tectonics. The course will revolve around readings from scholarly journals and discussions of those papers.
