CONSTITUTIONAL LAW: STORIES/HIST

Course Description

This course will review landmark decisions of the United States Supreme Court through the lens of history, politics and the lives and personal stories of the individuals at the center of them. It will focus on major cases with contemporary relevance in the areas of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, free speech, privacy and due process.
