Course Description

This course meets entirely in the laboratory and is designed to heighten awareness, appreciation and understanding of a chemical world. Problem oriented experiences include soap-making, colloids, plastics, polymers, photography, liquid crystals, electrochemistry, crystals, dyes, paints, and other items of a chemical nature.Not open to CHEM majors.
