Course Description
Students cannot receive credit for both GNM 2285 and BIOL 3365. This course will explore human relationships with plants, from agriculture and domestication to alcoholic and stimulating beverages, to psychoactive compounds. Students will learn profound ways in which human-plant interactions shaped human societies.
