Course Description
An introduction to the principles and practices in the development, production and use of horticultural crops (fruits, vegetables, best greenhouse and open grow practices). Includes the classification, structure, growth, and environmental influences on horticultural technologies such as hydroponics, as well as the latest developments in sustainable farming.
