HONORS: SOCIAL JUSTICE IN THE HARRY POTTER WORLD

Course Description

Open only to Students in the Honors Program. Students will gain a basic understanding of various social issues, such as democracy, racial inequality, and media ethics in the United States, other countries, and the Harry Potter world. Students will learn to apply social science knowledge to the wizarding word, discover issues hidden in the book series, and critically analyze these social issues.
