Course Description

This course examines behaviors instrumental to change and growth by investigating a breadth of perspectives from social scientists in various disciplines. Students will evaluate the authors' contributions and analyze their own beliefs to critically assess how to improve their self-awareness and develop insight into their personal strengths.
