Course Title

HOSPITALITY, TOURISM AND EVENTS INTERNSHIP

Course Description

Students will work in an approved hospitality and tourism position and will demonstrate their ability to apply executive-level skills related to topics such as leadership, ethics, technology, and process analysis through a semester long project. The internship is a rigorous, supervised work experience. A final paper is required of the course.
