COMPETENCY ARTIFACT COMPLETION IV
Course Description
This course allows students to explore their leadership growth in at least five of twenty defined leadership competency areas. The course provides students with an opportunity to access themselves in various leadership capabilities. Students explore key leadership concepts based on the Program Competency Artifact Submission Guidelines. Students use literature review techniques to substantiate their growth in various leadership competencies. They articulate that growth in writing by submitting a corresponding artifact description and explanation that provides explicit evidence of how the artifact displays their leadership, a leadership rationale that makes sense of their own leadership behaviors, and a leadership reflection that indicates how time in the program has allowed or caused their transformation.
