Course Description

This course prepares leaders to initiate, scale, and sustain innovative ventures and transformative change within dynamic, uncertain environments. Grounded in active learning, the course explores the mindset, behaviors, and strategies of entrepreneurial leadership. Learners explore the creative process and the connections among imagination, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Emphasis is placed on developing creative capacity and strategic agility to overcome organizational constraints and lead effectively. Through discussion, simulations, reflective practice, and application of leadership frameworks, students engage in active learning that bridges theory and real-world application. The course builds the skills, strategies, and mindsets needed to incubate, scale, and sustain creative ventures and lead transformative change while navigating uncertainty with discipline, vision, and resilience.
