Course Description
This course guides students through writing a comprehensive methodology chapter for their dissertations. The course covers the critical elements of research design. Students will articulate the rationale behind their chosen research approach, describe plans for data collection and analysis procedures in detail, and address ethical considerations inherent in their studies. Through tailored instruction and peer support, students will develop a clear and academically rigorous methods chapter that aligns with their research questions and research theory. The course equips students with the skills to describe the data collection and analysis, format all elements in the chapter according to APA style guidelines, and outline ethical concerns associated with their research.
