Course Description
Prerequisites: LITT 2237 Introduction to Creative Writing or one creative writing course. In this course students will focus on the technique and craft of poetry or fiction with exercises in rhyme and prosody or in plot structure, setting, and characterization. Student writing will serve as the basis for group discussion. There will be extensive readings in poetry and short stories to supplement student work.
