Course Description
This course, geared toward the advanced writer, treats language as information that needs to be consciously formed into creative expression. Exercises range from traditional forms such as the sestina and villanelle to modern concerns such as constraint-based writing, metafiction, visual poetics, collage, and chance-based procedures.
