This seminar covers topics in evolution, for example, the history of evolutionary thinking, evolutionary mechanisms, adaptation, biological diversity through time, current and past extinctions, and human origin and evolution. Sessions may include discussions of books, films or scientific papers, oral presentations and class projects.Restrictions: This course is restricted to Marine Science, Biology, and Geology majors and minors, or POI.
