Course Description
This course develops the essential skills necessary to acquire and improve aural perception and proficiency, musical memory, and inner hearing through rhythmic and melodic dictation and recognizing diatonic chord patterns. Emphasis on solfege will be used to translate sound into notation and sing at sight.
