Course Description
Utilizing Roy's Adaptation Mode this course prepares the graduate student to critique, evaluate and utilize nursing theory. The student develops a middle-range theory based on a clinical problem, which provides the foundation for a research proposal developed in NURS 5334 - NURSING RESEARCH METHODS. Tangential theories related to advanced practice nursing are also explored.
