Course Description
The course will introduce doctrines of the four major schools of Tibetan Buddhism along with its history from 8th century C.E. to 14th century C.E. Students will examine philosophical materials from schools of Tibetan Buddhism and develop a deeper understanding of the intellectual history of Buddhism in Tibet.
