PLAW 3325 previously BSNS 3325. This course provides perspectives, information, and skill development for advancing values and integrity in business, with particular attention to ethical issues in management and application of ethical theory to practical business situations. Topics may include shareholder theory, stockholder theory, normative ethics, and the social contract.
