Course Description
This course addresses significant legal/ethical concepts evident in the health care arena utilizing case law, statutory enactments and current developments to address topics including, among other, medical malpractice, bioethics, right to die, living wills, healthcare powers of attorney, privacy, informed consent, tort reform, and access to health care.
