Course Description
Students will discern, analyze and construct a response to legal and ethical problems confronted in employment contexts. Topics may include: introduction to law, employment at will, employment torts and contracts, discrimination, wage and family leave, worker privacy, employee benefits, workers compensation, whistleblowing, and employment ethics.
