Course Description

This Law seminar covers basic legal concepts of constitutional law, including but not limited to judicial review; the powers of Congress and the President; the doctrines of separation of powers and Federalism, will be covered. The case method approach will be used with an analysis of legal issues and procedures by which justices make decisions.
