Course Description
Cross-Listed: ANTH 3625. The goal of this course is to understand how to engage with communities in meaningful and culturally relevant ways. Community Engagement includes all facets of public life - health, education, housing, and neighborhood and it is important to consider the role that power and privilege play in community resiliency. Students will participate in group projects and simulations to discover the opportunities and challenges in supporting community development.
