PRODUCING AND MANAGEMENT FUNDAMENTALS
Course Description
Required for all first-year Theatre students. An introduction to producing creative arts projects that teaches students the fundamentals of how to organize, manage, and oversee a production. Careers explored include Producers, Stage Managers, Company Managers, General Managers, Public Relations, and more. Students will learn to identify key elements, vocabulary, and responsibilities for each of these roles within the larger collaborative creative process, as well as how to use technology to do so.
