DRAWING II: FIGURE DRAWING
Course Description
Formerly titled Drawing II: Figure Drawing. Not open to students with credit for ARTV 2166. Continuation of problems in basic drawing - composition, expressive mark-making (line quality), measuring and/or linear perspective - with an emphasis on describing volume and proportion in the human form. Drawing the figure combines observation with knowledge of axes, planes, movement (gesture), atmospheric perspective and anatomy.
