Prerequisite: CRIM 1100, CRIM 2140 or similar research is recommended.Victimless crimes and the role society plays in trying to legislate morality and regulate conduct. Examines whether or not an individual is a victim of his/her own consensual behavior, if society is the victim, and whether public policy toward these behaviors should be changed.
