BEGINNING PERCUSSION INSTRUCTION
Course Description
This course is designed to establish the pedagogical and diagnostic skills necessary to teach percussion instruments at K-12 level. Emphasis will be given to fundamentals of correct tone production and technique as well as gaining a working knowledge of the percussion instruments common to band and orchestra.
