Course Description

This doctoral-level course explores foundational and emerging best practices for effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders, organizations, and communities. Students will examine strategies for building trust, bridging boundaries, and navigating multiple perspectives to foster collaboration and drive strategic planning. Emphasis will be placed on real-world application, with opportunities to integrate and synthesize course concepts into practical leadership approaches. Through case studies, dialogue, and experiential learning, students will develop essential skills for inclusive, ethical, and impactful stakeholder engagement and complex environments.
